- Valid Mon - Fri: 11am - 8pm; Sat: 10am - 7pm; public holidays: 10am - 6pm.
- Limited to first-time customers of ARVO Face & Soul Care and customers who have not visited for the past 18 months.
- Limit 1 voucher per person. May buy multiple as gifts.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 21 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Surcharge of $15 for removal of existing eyelash extensions not done by ARVO Face & Soul Care.
- Surcharge of $20 applicable for appointments:
- 1 week before Christmas.
- 2 weeks before Chinese New Year.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
