- Valid Mon - Fri: 11am - 9pm; Sat: 11am - 8pm; Sun and public holidays: 11am - 7pm.
- Valid at Plaza Singapura, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Heartland Mall, IMM, JEM, and Northpoint outlets only.
- Limited to first time customers of Jean Yip Hairdressing and customers who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- Limit 1 voucher per person. May buy multiple as gifts.
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 21 and above only.
- Valid only for Singaporeans, Singapore PR, EP, SP, DP, and WP holders with a minimum of 6 months validity.
- Present NRIC / valid Work Pass at outlet for verification.
- Valid for hair length up to mid-back. Surcharge of $20 applicable for longer lengths.

Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 2 days in advance. No walk-in allowed.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- Name
- Contact number
- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it's under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app).
- Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be done at least 48 hours prior to original booking.
- Customers are allowed to choose any of the outlets applicable but once appointment has been made at that respective outlet, no switching of outlet is allowed.

Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
