- Valid Mon - Wed, Fri - Sun: 8am - 12.30pm, 3pm - 7pm. Not valid on Thu. Valid on school and public holidays.
- Voucher must be purchased 1 day before admission to Frenzy Waterpark. Vouchers purchased on-spot will not be accepted.
- Rates quoted include kayaks, Canoe and Yoyo boats and Duck paddle boat
- All vouchers purchased are not exchangeable, refundable, or cancellable.
- After redemption of voucher, refund or replacement of ticket is not allowed.
- No-shows and unredeemed vouchers forfeit Fave voucher.
- No extension for the expired voucher.
