General:

  • Passports must have a min. validity of 6 months from expiry date on date of travel.
  • Visa application (where applicable) and personal travel documents are the sole responsibility of travellers.
  • Rate is inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.

Policies:

  • No refund or cancellations allowed upon confirmation of bookings. / Amendments must be made at least 7 days prior to confirmed booking date or Fave voucher will be forfeited.
  • No-shows forfeit Fave voucher.
  • Vouchers can be combined for longer stay.
  • Hotel check-in: 3pm; check-out: 12pm

Surcharges:

  • Peak season surcharge of RM60 per room per night applicable for the below dates:
    • Feb 4 - 6, 2019
    • Jun 4 - 6, 2019
    • Aug 11 - 12, 2019
    • Oct 27 - 28, 2019
    • Dec 24 - 25, 2019
    • Dec 31, 2019
  • Surcharge of RM40 per room per night applicable for Fri - Sat.
  • Non-Malaysian passport holders (excluding MyPR holders) are subject to Malaysian Tourism Tax (TTx) surcharge of RM10 per room per night, payable directly to hotel.

Add-ons:

  • Extra bed with breakfast for person aged 11 years and above or measuring 90cm and taller: RM139
  • Stay (without extra bed) with breakfast and 1-day admission to MAPS for 1 child aged 10 and below: RM69
