Fine print
- Fave voucher is not an admission ticket to Zoo Negara.
- Valid Mon, Wed - Sun: 9am - 5pm (last admission 4pm). Valid on public holidays and Malaysian school holidays.
- Blackout period: 7th - 12th Feb, 2022.
- Fave voucher must be redeemed through Zeenath Tour in order to receive an E-Ticket to the attraction.
- Email info@zeenathtravels.com for E-Ticket booking. Refer to Redemption Instructions below for more details.
- Valid for Malaysians only. Kindly present e-voucher together with MyKad / MyKid at Zoo Negara ticketing counter upon wristband redemption.
- Price differences will be charged, for entry (based on online admission ticket price) in the event that identification was not provided.
- All E-Tickets cannot be amended or cancelled upon booking confirmation.
- Email address must be correctly furnished. By purchasing, you agree to accept email as a means of communication and delivery of E-Tickets / ticket codes and confirmation of booking. In doing so, you agree to not hold Zeenath Travel & Tours liable for any non-receipt of E-Tickets / ticket codes or confirmations.
- Ticket valid for 1 admission per day.

- Booking must be made at least 7 days before travel date.
- Child rate applies to children above 90cm in height and aged 12 years and below.
- Free entrance for children under 90cm in height.

Redemption instructions
- Reservation required 7 days in advance.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.
- Customer must produce e-store voucher for the above product in order to redeem their entrance ticket.

- Name
- Date of reservation
- Nationality
- Fave voucher code (refer to redemption page)
- Contact number
- You will receive a confirmation email and E-Ticket from Zeenath Tour within 2 working days.
- How to redeem E-Ticket from Zeenath Tour?
- After emailing Zeenath Tour with Fave voucher details, you will receive an E-Ticket within 2 working days.
- Present E-Ticket from Zeenath Tour and primary traveller’s IC at Zoo Negara counter for verification purposes upon redemption.
