- Valid for delivery and self-collection only.
- Restaurant does not serve pork or alcohol.
- Not valid for offers / promotions / discounts.
- No extension on the redemption of voucher that is expired.
- No SST or service charges.
- No changes of pickup location is allowed.
- Box design given is final and cannot be exchanged for a different design.
- Free delivery service only applicable for Ampang, Cheras, Pandan Indah area and area within 6km of driving distance from our outlet.

Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 7 days in advance.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.
- Call / Whatsapp +60172496076 for booking with:
- Name
- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it's under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app).
- Rescheduling is not allowed.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
