Fine print
- Valid 10am - 2pm / 5pm - 9pm daily (including public holidays).
- Voucher for 2 people must be redeemed at the same time and is on a room sharing basis.
- Tirta Spa reserves the right to shorten treatment duration for latecomers.
- For customers aged 12 and above only.
- Not for pregnant lady.
- Advance reservation is required. Changing and cancelation required 24 hours notice and allowed only maximum of 2 times.
- Limited Slot during weekend and PH.
- 3 days reservation required.
- Please make the booking 2 weeks in advance for weekend or public holiday appointment to avoid disappointment.
- Rescheduling must be made at least 1 day prior to original booking (max. 2 times).

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
