- Valid Tue - Fri: 10.30am - 7.30pm; Sat - Sun: 11am - 5pm.
- Valid for first time customers and those who have not visited for the past 12 months.

- Valid for Malaysians only.
- Present NRIC at outlet for verification.
- Consecutive sessions must be utilised within 6 months from date of first visit.
- Sessions are non-transferable.
- Late comer more than 30-min voucher will be forfeited. Voucher have to "swipe to redeem" when make an appointment.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
