- Valid Mon - Tue, Thu - Sat: 10am - 8pm; Sun and public holidays: 10am - 6pm.
- Valid for first time customers and those who have not visited for the past 12 months.
- For male and female customers. Male customers must be accompanied by a female customer during redemption.
- Consecutive sessions must be utilised within 2 months from date of first visit.
- Sessions are non-transferable.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 1 day in advance.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- Name
- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
