- Valid on Mon – Sat: 10.30am – 7.30pm (last appointment: 6.00pm). Valid on public holidays. Closed on Sun.
- Valid for new and existing customers. RM30 applicable for existing customers.
- Limit 1 voucher per person.
- Valid for male and female customers. Male customers must be accompanied by female customer during redemption. Male customers are subject to surcharge of RM10.
- Customers are advised to be punctual to scheduled appointment time.
- Latecomers of 15 minutes or more will have to reschedule or voucher will be forfeited.
- Surcharges (payable directly to merchant):
- RM20 applicable for removal of existing gel polish for fingers.
- RM20 applicable for removal of existing gel polish for toes.
- Blackout period: Jan 11 - Jan 28, 2025.

- Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be done at least 1 day prior to original booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
