- Transportation charges within Klang Valley RM15 - RM20.

- Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be done at least 2 days prior to original booking.
- No-shows / late cancellations forfeit Fave voucher.

Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
