- Valid Mon - Sat: 9.30am - 6pm. (Sat, subject to availability).
- Multiple vouchers can be purchased and redeemed.
- Valid only for residential homes, within 1 premises.
- Valid only for residential air conditioners.
- Valid for 2HP wall-mounted air conditioners.
- No show consider redeemed.
- Not applicable for Shah Alam and Klang areas.
- Surcharges applicable for any pipe extension to be done.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required.
- Booking subject to availibility.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- Name
- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it's under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app).
- Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be done at least 1 day prior to original booking.

Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
