- Valid Mon - Sat: 9.30am - 6pm. (Sat, subject to availability).
- Multiple vouchers can be purchased and redeemed.
- Valid only for residential homes, within 1 premises.
- Valid only for residential air conditioners.
- Valid for 1HP to 2HP wall-mounted air conditioners & ceiling cassette.
- Surcharge of RM20 per unit applies for air conditioners higher than 2HP.
- For gas tanks that are completely empty, a surcharge of RM80 per air-conditioner is applicable.
- No show consider redeemed.
- Not applicable for Shah Alam and Klang areas.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required.

- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be done at least 1 day prior to original booking.

Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
