- Limit 1 voucher per person.
- For male and female customers. Male customers must be accompanied by female during redemption. Male customers are subject to surcharge of RM10 per hand or foot treatment.

- For those who have fungal issues, please bring along fungus medicine.
- There will be surcharges for cutting ingrown nails, and nails with fungal issues are subject to customer nail conditions.
- RM30 surcharge applicable for removal of existing gel polish.

Redemption instructions
- Reservation required 3 days ahead, walk-ins not allowed.
- Booking subject to availability.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
