  • Departure point: 101 Paradise Jetty at Telaga Harbour or shuttle service from Cenang Mall to Paradise 101.
  • Children aged below 7 years are complimentary.
  • Aqua Park opening times depend on tide levels.
  • Up to 150kg maximum for 2 riders.
  • Life jackets are to be worn when swimming at Paradise 101.
  • All activities listed in the paradise 101 packages are on a shared basis and based on regular scheduled departures.
  • Activities are on a first come first serve basis. Customers are advised to book their slot at the activity desk as soon as they arrive to avoid disappointment.
  • If an activity is not available due to safety or maintenance, an alternative option will be provided.
  • Activities are subject to availability, weather and sea conditions.
  • Customers must be 7 years and above to participate in any watersport activities, zip line and aqua park.
  • Any child 7 years and above participating in Jetski, parasailing, aqua park and banana boat must be accompanied by an adult. (A marshal can assist on request).
  • Strictly no outside food and drinks permitted onto Paradise 101.
  • No outside alcohol will be permitted onto Paradise 101. There is a no corkage policy.
  • Customers must be physically fit and able. They must, at the time of booking, advise of any illness, disability or conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the activity. If at all unsure, customers must check with a medical practitioner before booking and must be able to produce a note from their medical practitioner if requested.
  • Customers must bring any necessary medication with them and ensure that staff are made aware of what medicine it is and how it is to be administered. Be advised that some of the activity locations are remote and self-contained.
  • Naam reserves the right to refuse any booking on medical grounds if the medical condition is considered to be detrimental to the safety and smooth running of the activity.
