Fine print
- Valid Mon - Fri: 10am - 7pm, Sat - Sun: 10am - 6pm.
- Limited to only first-time customers of My Skin Solution (Taman Segar Perdana).
- Limit 1 voucher per person.
- For male and female customers.
- Starting from January 2023, RM30 needed for all new customer & fave customer to secure your slot. Deposit will be fully refund on appointment date.
- Rm30 deposit for no show customer and cancellation within 3 days will not be refunded
- Slot will be release to the next customer should there is a delay to the appointment by 15 minutes.
- Customer are advised to arrived on time.
- Valid for customers aged 18 and above only.
- Valid for Malaysians only.
- Present NRIC at outlet for verification.
- Surcharge of RM18 applicable for machine therapy, payable directly to the merchant.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required 1 week in advance.
- Booking subject to availability.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
