- Limited to only first-time customers of My Salon Hair Studio.
- Limit 1 voucher per person.

- Not valid with on-going promotions and discounts.
- Surcharge applicable for hair past bra-line, depending on hair condition.

Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 2 days in advance. At least 3 days in advance for Sat and Sun.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Booking confirmation will be sent via SMS within 1 working day.

- Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be done at least 1 day prior to original booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
