Redemption instructions
- Reservation required.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.
- Call +6016 225 3138 / +6016 612 3138 for booking with:
- Name
- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it's under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app).
- Rescheduling of appointments must be done at least 3 days prior to original booking.

Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
