Fine print
- Valid Mon - Sat: 9am – 7pm.
- Limit 1 voucher per address. Voucher cannot be split for usage on different addresses.
- Valid for homes and offices within selected areas in the Klang Valley.
- In the event customers are not present at the time of visit, a surcharge of RM30 will be imposed for a revisit.
- Valid for wall-mounted air-conditioners from 1.0 - 2.5HP only.
- Additional surcharge applicable for:
- Gas refill after inspection: RM1 for every psi R410A / R32 / R22 gas.
- Spare parts replacement, and repairs not included and are subject to additional charges.
- Surcharge of RM60 for full overhaul service (removal of indoor or outdoor unit).
- Surcharge of RM30 on public holiday.
- Does not include cleaning of pet's house.
- Additional surcharge of RM50 per extra hour for house / office spring cleaning.
- Customers must ensure necessary permission is obtained for work done in rented or non-landed property.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 1 day in advance.
- Booking and appointment subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.
- Call or Whatsapp +6012-867 6820 for booking with:
- Name
- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher (it’s under the ‘Me’ tab) at the outlet.
- Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be done at least 1 day before.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
