- Valid Tue - Sat: 10am - 7pm (last call 5pm), Sun: 10am - 5pm (last call 4pm). Not valid on public holidays
- Limited to only first-time customers of Matsuge Mii.
- Limit 1 voucher per person. May buy multiple as gifts.
- For male and female customers.
- Not applicable for 10 days before Chinese New Year.

- Reservation required.
- Booking and appointment subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- Provide the following details for booking:
- Name
- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it's under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app).
- Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be done at least 2 days prior to original booking.
- No-shows / late cancellations forfeit Fave voucher.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
