Fine print
- Valid Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm; Sat: 8am - 1pm. Not valid on public holidays.
- Limit 1 voucher per person.
- Limit for First time visit Life Care Diagnostic Medical Centre
- For male and female customers.
- Valid for customers aged 16 and above only.
- Consultation by doctor.
- All tests must be completed during the same visit.
- For female customers, urine test may not be taken during menstruation.
- Not suitable for pregnant women.
- Not valid with other offers / promotions / discounts.
- Food consumption before 12 midnight on the day of the test is allowed. Guests must not eat breakfast on the morning of the test.
- Plain water is allowed before examination.
- Blood drawing may result in mild bruising.
- Results will be on the same day for guests who register before 2pm. Guests who register after 2pm will receive their report on the following working day.

Redemption instructions

- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it's under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app).
- Rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 1 day prior to original booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
