• Limit 1 voucher per person.
• For male and female customer.
• The academy reserves the right to cancel your appointment should you arrive later than 15mins.
• Strictly no redemption of the voucher in advance.

- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher (it’s under the ‘Me’ tab) at the outlet.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
