- If you have a pre-existing medical condition, please bring along any test results or reports to be reviewed by the doctor.
- Minimum 1 week prior booking required. Booking subject to availability.
- No valid with on-going promotions or discounts.
- Printed voucher required upon redemption.
- This voucher does not include consultation fees and other charges related to procedure.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 1 week in advance.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
