Fine print
- Customers of age 16 years and above: 3 shots (0,1,6 months).
- Customers of age 1 to 15 years: 2 shots (0,6 months).
- As with any medications, there are side effects to these vaccines.
- The common side effects include fever, redness, swelling around the injections, and soreness or tenderness around the injection site.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 1 week in advance.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.
- Call +6062314128 for booking with:
- Name
- Date and time of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to redemption page).
- Present your Fave voucher (it's under ‘My Vouchers’ in the ‘Me’ tab) at the outlet.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
