Fine print
- Do not eat or drink anything except plain water for at least 10 hours prior to check up.
- Please bring along your ID card or passport and arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
- If you have a pre-existing medical condition, please bring along any test results or reports to be reviewed by the doctor.
- Not valid with on-going promotions or discounts.
- Voucher does not include medication and add-on tests.
- Printed voucher required upon redemption.
- Women are advised to an appointment around day 10 - 14 of menstrual cycle. This is about one week after the last day of menstruation.
- If a customer starts menstruation cycle on the day of the appointment, please call Klinik Famili (Johor Bahru) to reschedule the appointment.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 1 week in advance.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.
- Call +6062314128 for booking with:
- Name
- Date and time of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to redemption page).
- Present your Fave voucher (it's under ‘My Vouchers’ in the ‘Me’ tab) at the outlet.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
