The COVID-19 test is performed by nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swab, which will be obtained through your car window. You will not be asked to get out of your car in order to get tested.

  • Drive-thru testing is for COVID-19 test only. No other tests will be conducted.
  • 1-day appointment required prior to the appointment date depending on availability. Customers will not be able to adjust or switch the appointment once assigned due to the overall demand for the testing and related logistics.
  • Results will be available to you within 12 - 24 hours for RT-PCR test.
  • Test results via Email / WhatsApp.
  • All COVID-19 test samples will be collected by qualified practitioners and samples will be sent to KL International Healthcare Centre (KLIHC) which is approved and accredited by Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH).

Cancellation policy

Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
