Fine print
- Valid on Fri - Sun: 9am - 6pm. Valid on public holidays.
- Customer will need to redeem their vouchers at KL City of Lights Stop 1, located next to Sungei Wang Plaza, Bukit Bintang (Main entrance).
- Customer must complete their vaccination, after 14 days from 2nd doses. Click here for more information.
- Customer eligibility will be based off MySejahtera app status. Click here for more information.
- Redemptions at other stops are not valid.
- Interval between buses is around 20-30 minutes.
- MyKad holders will need to show their MyKad as identification.
- Students will need to show their student card for verification.
- Tickets are valid for one time entry only.
- Not valid with on-going promotions or discounts.
- Child tickets are valid for customers aged 5 -12 years old only. Children below ages of 12 years old, must be accompanied by an adult
- Children below ages of 5 years old do not need to pay any fees.
- Adult tickets are valid for customers aged 13 years old and above only.
- Prices displayed inclusive of GST.
- Visitors are allowed to take as many pictures as desired.
- Handle all electronic devices with care.
- No littering in the bus.
- No smoking allowed inside the bus.
- No food and / or drinks allowed inside the bus.
- Visitors are not allowed to exchange the tickets.
- No solicitation allowed.
- Try to avoid hopping on the bus during peak hours usually around 4pm to 6pm. It is advisable to go sightseeing or have a rest during the mentioned hours.
- The weather is unpredictable in Kuala Lumpur. Delays might occur during extreme weather.
- All voucher purchased are not exchangeable, refundable, or cancellable.
- After redemption of ticket, no refund, or replacement of ticket is allowed.
- No refund for no show and unused e-Voucher.
- No extension for expired vouchers.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required
- Please do slot booking at least 1 day before travel date.
- Customers will need to redeem their vouchers at KL Hop On Hop Off Kiosk. The kiosk is located at the main entrance of Sungei Wang mall (Park Royal Hotel)
- Redemptions at other stops are not valid
- Customer will need to present the ‘Fave Voucher’ and voucher code to the KL Hop On Hop Off staff before hopping on the bus
- Upon redemption, KL Hop On Hop Off staff will provide a physical ticket according to the redeemed voucher
