- Valid Mon - Sun: 11am - 7.30pm. Valid on public holiday and eve of public holidays.
- Limited to only first-time customers of Katsu Salon.

- All subjected surcharge is the responsibility of customers to WhatsApp before purchasing, but if customer did not enquire but already purchased, the salon will still inform the surcharges after the exact voucher deal is sent to the salon accordingly. This is to ensure that all customers will still have the option to either proceed or not to proceed.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required:
- At least 2 days in advance is required for appointments on Mon - Fri.
- At least 3 days in advance is required for appointments on Sat - Sun.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.
- SMS / Whatsapp +60132366386 for booking with:
- Name
- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it's under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app).
- Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be done at least 24 hours prior to original booking.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via SMS within 1 working day.
- Voucher is considered redeem and no refund will be given after appointment date is confirmed.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
