- Valid Mon - Tue and Sun: 4pm - 10pm; Thu - Sat and public holidays: 4pm - 12am.
- Vouchers purchased are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- E-Voucher received from agent, can be used as E-Tickets and scanned directly from mobile.
- This e-ticket(s) is for one-time usage and is only valid on the selected date of visit. No re-entry is allowed.
- Skyline Enterprise Limited reserves the right to reject any entry that does not comply with its terms and conditions.
- There are no amendments, for no-shows, unused vouchers, or expired vouchers.
- Outside food or drinks are not allowed.
- Attendees must wear a proper and suitable attire(t-shirt, pants, long pants and etc).
- Attendees height below 110cm and must accompanied by a paying adult to ride Luge.
- For Skyride, only riders above 135cm can ride alone.
- Adult ticket is applicable for 6 years old and above.
- Child below 6 years old need to purchase directly at the counter.
- The management of Skyline Enterprise Limited reserves the right to request additional information or documentation from time to time for verification purposes.
