- Vouchers purchased are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Limit 1 voucher per person. May buy multiple as gifts.
- Voucher is valid redemption for 60 days from the date of purchase.
- This voucher is redeemable on weeksday only.
- No extension on the redemption of voucher that is expired.
- Aroma oil and phlai balm are not included. A surcharge of RM13 will apply to any product add-on.
- Pregnant women and children aged below 12 years old are not allowed to redeem any treatment(s).
- This voucher cannot be used in exchange for any product purchases, cash or use with other promotional programs, packages, offers or discounts.
- Customers are allowed to purchase more than 1 voucher, but need to undergo multiple transactions.
- Appointments missed by 15-min or more will be deemed canceled.
