- Limit 1 voucher per person. May buy multiple as gifts.

- Voucher for 2 people must be redeemed at the same time.
- Please be informed that The Hotel Building will be undergoing renovation from Jun 26 - Jul 31, 2024. During this period, the following is expected:
- Heavy noise from 10am - 2pm
- Minor noise from 2pm - 6pm
- Health World Spa & Massage apologises for any inconvenience caused.
Redemption instructions

- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- Date of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it's under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app).
- Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be done at least 48 hours prior to original booking.
- No-shows / late cancellations forfeit Fave voucher.

Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
