Fine print
- Valid Wed: 2pm - 3pm, 6pm - 7pm; Thu: 3pm - 4pm, 4.45pm - 5.30pm, 6.30pm - 9pm; Sat: 6:30pm - 8pm. Not valid for Christmas, Chinese New Year and Raya month.
- Limited to only first-time customers of Guidance Musical Equipment & Learning Centre.
- Limit 1 voucher per person.
- For beginner students and customers aged 7 and above only.
- Upon registration, a fee of RM50 per person will be charged for learning materials.
- No replacement of classes unless public holiday and our music school is not open.
- Customers are encouraged to standby 15 minutes earlier before class begins.
- Consecutive sessions must be utilised within 5 weeks from date of first visit.
- Sessions are non-transferable.
- Group session required you to bring your own group.
- Replacement is not allowed.
Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 7 days in advance.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.
- Call +60182097903 for booking with:
- Name
- Date and time of reservation
- Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher at the outlet (it's under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app).
- Zoom Link and password will be provided after booking confirmation.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
