[11.11 Sale] 1-Day Pass to Dreamworld Playland at IOI City Mall (2-12 Years Old)

• Valid on Mon-Sun: 10am-10pm. Valid on public holidays. Not valid on special event days.
• Excluding free drinks and animal rides.

Policies:

• Dreamworld Indoor Play Centre is a parent / guardian accompanied play facility.
• Children below the age of 12 are required to have a responsible adult (age 18+) accompanying and supervising them at all times.
• A surcharge of RM5 will be imposed on every additional accompanying adult.
• A ratio of 5:1 (children / adult) is not to be exceeded unless you are a licensed childcare provider.
• Play with safety in mind at all times.
• Socks are required at all times in the playland.
• Food and beverages are to be kept outside the playland area.
• Children may only go down the slides seated on their bottom and facing forward feet first. No climbing up the slides.
• Only climb on approved climbing structures. When climbing on approved climbing structures use both hands and stay away from other climbers.
• The accompanying adult must be in attendance at all times.
• The accompanying adult must maintain visual contact with the children at all times.
• No flips, somersaults or cartwheels anywhere in the playland, including the bouncer.
• Children are encouraged to share and / or take turns with all playland equipment, show respect for others and follow instructions. Avoid fighting, wrestling, shoving, and games that may cause injury to others.
• The accompanying adult is expected to enforce the rules.
• Guests will be charged for any damages caused by them / excessive disruption to cleanliness and required to pay for any costs of necessary repair and cleaning.
• The Management reserves the right to cancel admission without notice / remove the guest from the Play Centre if such guest violates any rule, regulation or policy (including, without limitation, the rules and regulations stated herein).
• The Management is not responsible for theft or loss of personal property.

Prohibited matters:

• For the safety and comfort of all guests, children who are suffering from flu, cough, cold, skin disease, or are afflicted by other injuries and infectious diseases are requested to postpone their visit to the Play Centre and in the practice of prudence, management reserves the right to deny admission to the Play Centre
• Strollers and carts shall not be brought into the Play Centre. Kindly leave the strollers and carts at the entrance. Kindly ask our Crew members for assistance.
• For the comfort of all guests, smoking and spitting are strictly prohibited in the Play Centre.
• Toys and other play equipment are prohibited from being removed from / brought out of the Play Centre.

Others:

• The Management reserves the right to cancel admission without notice / remove the guest from the Play Centre if such guest violates any rule, regulation or policy (including, without limitation, the rules and regulations stated herein).
• The Management is not responsible for theft or loss of personal property regardless of whether such damage / loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise.
• Please be informed that all activities are monitored by security cameras at all times.

• Reservation not required.
