Fine print
- Valid Mon - Sat: 9am - 7pm. Not valid on public holidays.
- Limit 1 voucher per person per house.
- Valid for 1.0HP - 2.0HP (wall mounted) air conditioners only.
- Exclusive of spare part replacements and repair.
- Surcharge of RM100 is applicable if major service is required. Subject to consultation.
- Surcharges applicable for the following items:
- R22 refrigerant (gas): RM30 per unit
- R410A refrigerant (gas): RM50 per unit
- R32 refrigerant (gas) refill: RM70 per unit
- Valid for residential and commercial premises within selected areas in Klang Valley, kindly call to enquire.
- Customers must ensure necessary permission is obtained for work done in rented or non-landed property.

Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
