- Vouchers purchased are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Valid at all Ayu Borneo outlets except Ansa Hotel and Solaris outlets.
- Validity of this voucher is 3 months from date of purchase.
- Limited to only first-time customers of Ayu Borneo (New).
- Limit 1 voucher per person.
- For male and female customers.
- Not recommended for pregnancy and customers aged below 12 years old.
- Not valid for offers / promotions / discounts.
- No extension on the redemption of voucher that is expired.
- Customers are required to select one option from the following: lemongrass oil, coconut oil, ginger oil, lavender oil, or rose oil.
- Customers are not allowed to bring their own massage oil or balm.

Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 2 days in advance.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.

- No-shows / late cancellations forfeit Fave voucher.
