- No refunds for cancellations made after purchase.
- Valid 11.30am – 1pm, 1.30pm – 3pm daily (including public holidays).

- Reservation for complimentary birthday or anniversary cake must be made during reservation for lunch.
- Customers must inform the number of children they will be bringing during booking.
- Children (aged 4 and below) dine in for free. Max. 2 children dine for free per Fave voucher.
- Max. 80 vouchers customers per weekday session, max. 150 vouchers customers per weekend and public holiday session.
