- Valid Sat - Sun: 10am - 8pm. Valid on public holidays.

- Fave voucher is not an admission ticket to Aquaria KLCC.
- Fave voucher must be redeemed through Zeenath Tour in order to receive an E-Ticket to the attraction.
- Not valid with on-going promotions or discounts.
- Customers must utilise the E-Ticket from Zeenath Tour within the validity period stated on the E-Ticket.
- All E-Tickets cannot be amended or cancelled upon booking confirmation.

Redemption instructions
- Reservation required at least 3 days in advance.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher
- Email info@zeenathtravels.com to claim your E-ticket and booking with:
- Name
- Date of reservation
- Nationality
- Contact number
- Fave voucher code (refer to redemption page)
- A confirmation email and E-Ticket from Zeenath Tour will be sent within 2 working days.
- Present E-Ticket from Zeeenath Tour and primary traveller’s IC at Aquaria KLCC counter for verification purposes upon redemption.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the same day and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
