Founded as the creative brainchild of Chef Edoardo Guerrini and Chef Olivari Vanni, Trattoria Cucina Italiana began its culinary journey in the tropical settings of Bali, and has since grown roots in 20 branches across Asia. The restaurant specialises in authentic Italian cuisine, borne from its founding chefs’ experience while growing up in New York and Italy, and prides itself serving hearty meals with simple and fresh ingredients. Patrons of the restaurant feast on a variety of antipasti, pizzas, and creamy pasta dishes, before ending meals on a sweet note with traditional Italian desserts accompanied by an array of liqueurs and coffees.
