The Halal restaurant prides itself on its home-made Thai-based sauces and selection of Chinese stir-fries reinvented to reflect modern palates. Beneath neon signs, seated patrons are regaled with freshly-steamed mantao stuffed with spiced roast duck, fried prawns draped with the indulgent flavours of salted egg, and sweet bites of mud crab enveloped by the fiery flavours of chili sauce, before chopsticks dip into bowls of live Boston lobster noodles and Kam Heong fried rice for staple company.
