Studio Suite

• 73sqm room
• One king-sized bed
• Max. occupancy: 2 adults OR 1 adult and 1 child aged 12 and below per room.

Booking period: Immediate - Dec 25, 2019

Travel Period: Immediate - Dec 31, 2019

General:

• Passports must have a min. validity of 6 months from expiry date on date of travel.
• Visa application (where applicable) and personal travel documents are the sole responsibility of travellers
• Rate is inclusive of GST and service charges unless otherwise stated.

Policies:

• No refund or cancellations allowed upon confirmation of bookings.
• Amendments of booking must be done at a minimum of 3 days prior to confirmed booking date or Fave voucher will be forfeited.
• No-shows forfeit voucher.
• Vouchers are not transferable.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other promotions.
• No replacement will be given for expired vouchers.
• Hotel check-in: 3pm; check-out: 12pm

Surcharges (payable to Nesting Nomads):

• Surcharge of RM35 nett per unit per night applicable for weekends (Friday and Saturday) stay,
• Surcharge of RM50 nett per unit per night applicable for public holidays and school holidays (Dec 1, 2018 - Jan 2, 2019).
• Non-Malaysian passport holders (excluding MyPR holders) are subject to Malaysian Tourism Tax (TTx) surcharge of RM10 per room per night, payable directly to hotel.

• Present booking confirmation and valid identificaiton upon check-in.
• All bookings must be made within 90 days from date of purchase or Dec 25, 2019, whichever is earlier, and at least 7 working days prior check-in.
