- Valid Mon - Fri: 3.30pm – 5.30pm. Not valid on public holidays.
- Valid for dine-in only.
- Restaurant does not serve pork.
- Not valid for offers / promotions / discounts.
- No extension on the redemption of voucher that is expired.
- Sharing not allowed.
- Price includes SST and service charges.
- Surcharge of RM25 subject for children below 4 years old (infant) and it is payable directly to merchant in the restaurant.
- Limited to maximum 6 pax per table.
- Capacity of 60 pax per session only.
- Reservation for complimentary birthday or anniversary cake must be made during reservation for Hi-Tea.

- A person is considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 14 days after the second dose of Pfizer, AstraZeneca or Sinovac, or 28 days after a single dose of Johnson and Johnson or CanSino.
- In compliance with the Malaysian government regulations, the restaurant only allows fully vaccinated patrons to enter the premise as part of COVID-19 precautionary measures.

- Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be done at least 3 days prior to original booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancel using your Fave app within the next 3 days and receive a full refund of the deal price, excluding the guarantee fee, according to your original payment mode(s).
