General:

• Passports must have a min. validity of 6 months from expiry date on date of travel.
• Visa application (where applicable) and personal travel documents are the sole responsibility of travellers.

• No refund or cancellations allowed upon confirmation of bookings.
• Amendments must be made at least 7 days prior to confirmed booking date or Fave voucher will be forfeited.

Surcharges:

• Surcharge of MYR30 per room per night applicable for Friday, Saturday and school holidays stay.

• Surcharge of MYR70 per room per night applicable for stay on eve of public holidays and public holidays for the below dates:

  • Dec 23 - 31, 2020
  • Jan 1, 2021
  • Feb 8 - 14, 2021
• Non-Malaysian passport holders (excluding MyPR holders) are subject to Malaysian Tourism Tax (TTx) surcharge of RM10 per room per night, payable directly to hotel.
• Blackout period: Mar 18 - April 14, 2020.
