• Purchase of Fave voucher is not considered as an admission ticket. Fave voucher must be redeemed through Triba-East Travel in order to receive an E-Ticket to the attraction.
• Customers must utilise the E-Ticket (fixed date / open date) from Triba-East Travel within the validity period stated on the E-Ticket.
• All E-Tickets cannot be amended or cancelled upon booking confirmation.
• Blackout period: Mar 18 - April 14, 2020.

• Reservation required.
• Reservation must be made to Triba-East Travel within 14 days of purchase from Fave.

• Customers must provide full information for redemption.
• A confirmation email will be sent from Triba-East Travel within 24 hours for working days, 48 hours for weekend and short holiday, 60 hours for school holidays.
• Customers must allow 3 working days for Triba-East Travel to process the E-Tickets. Urgent redemption may incur additional charges.
• All E-Tickets from Triba-East Travel will be sent 2 days before your visit date, customers can make remarks during redemption for any special request.
• All E-Tickets redeemed are not amendable nor cancelled.
• Buyers must utilised the E-Tickets (for fixed date or open date) within the validity date.

How to use the E-Ticket:

• Upon payment made, you will receive a confirmation email of purchase with the Order Number. Please kindly keep the Order Number for your reference. The E-Tickets will be sent to you 3 days before your visit.
• Please print and present the E-Tickets at the ticketing counter of the attraction or to the Guide for your tours. For products that have a QR Code is provided, please download it to your smart phone for scanning at the entrance of the attraction.
