- Valid Mon - Sun: 9am - 7pm. Valid on public holidays. Not valid on Tuesday except for school holidays, Malacca state holidays, and Malaysian public holidays that fall on a Tuesday.
- Limit 1 Voucher per customer
- Child admission valid for customers aged 12 and below, measuring above 90cm in height.
- Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited.
- Parking is chargeable at RM3, payable directly to Bayou Lagoon Park Resort.
- Price includes SST.
- All voucher purchased are not exchangeable, refundable or cancellable.
- After redemption of voucher , no refund or replacement of ticket is allowed.
- No-shows and unredeemed vouchers forfeit Fave voucher.
- No extension for expired voucher.
