General:

• Passports must have a min. validity of 6 months from expiry date on date of travel.
• Visa application (where applicable) and personal travel documents are the sole responsibility of travellers
• Rate is inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.

Policies:

• All rooms are subject to availability upon booking and based on first-come, first-served basis.
• No refund / cancellations allowed upon purchase of Fave voucher.
• Unused tickets or vouchers are non-refundable.
• Offer is not exchangeable for cash or other items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, privileges, promotions, discount cards, nett price and loyalty programmes unless stated otherwise.
• Hotel check-in: 2pm; check-out: 12pm.

Surcharges:

• Surcharge of RM50 per room per night will be imposed for weekend, school holiday, and public holiday stay.
• Any amendment of booking are subject to room availability and administrative fee surcharge of RM30 per time change.
• Blackout period: Mar 18 - April 14, 2020.
