Fine Print
- Valid Mon – Sun: 9am – 5pm. Valid on public holidays.
- For all customers aged 8 and above only.
- All customers must sign an indemnity form.
- Parental or guardian consent required for customers aged 8 – 18. Indemnity form shall be signed by the parents / guardian
- Activities shall be rescheduled if weather/ water levels are deemed unsafe.
- Participants are advised to wear shorts, t-shirt, swimwear, sandals with strap or rubber shoes, and goggles.
- Present booking confirmation and valid identification upon check-in.
- Minimum of 4 persons to undertake the activity.
- Rates is inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.
- Reservation must be made 7 days in advance.
- Rescheduling must be made at least 3 days prior to original booking or voucher will be forfeited.
- No refund or cancellations allowed upon confirmation of bookings. No-shows forfeit voucher.
Surcharges:
- Insurance coverage: RM25
- Lunch + tea: RM30
- Locker services: RM10
- Bottled drinking water: RM2
